The program is implemented in Java (TM) and can be run on any major computer architecture.
Requires Java Runtime Environment 1.4.2_10 or greater installed on your machine.

Download the Java Runtime Environment.

Download the PowQ.jar file.
After the Java Runtime Environment has been installed, to run the program double-click on the PowQ.jar file.
